Cesar and Erich were great servers. Very attentive and professional, always one step ahead. Food was very high quality and justifies the price. The chef was observing the dining room maintaining a level of standard expected for fine dining. Highly recommended. We will be back!
Absolutely Incredible Experience! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy charm that made us feel right at home. But what truly set this experience apart was the food and the outstanding service. The risotto was hands-down the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, creamy, and full of rich, balanced flavors. Every bite was a treat. The cheese fondue was also phenomenal—warm, velvety, and packed with deep, savory notes that paired beautifully with the fresh assortment of dippables. It was the kind of meal you never want to end. As for the service, Alan and Jael were absolutely wonderful. They were not only attentive and knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and enthusiastic. Their warmth and friendliness added so much to the overall experience. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it truly was.
Service from Bryan and Alan was outstanding!! They were so attentive to every need and were quick to answer any questions we had. They made our experience so special! Amazing atmosphere and the food was INCREDIBLE! Next time we travel to Acapulco from the USA we are definitely stopping by the Praya again. We hope to see Bryan and Alan when we do :)

Bryan and Alan were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t recommend this place more. Everything we had was delicious but the Frutti Di Mare was definitely a must have!! We wanted a delicious elevated meal and were not disappointed. The place is gorgeous, the view stunning, the service immaculate, & the food delicious. 10/10
It is my second time visiting this amazing establishment, and I could not say more great things about it. The service is amazing the moment you step out of the car. The people are so attentive and caring, you would think they are family. The food is absolutely incredible; the flavor, the presentation, the experience. I could not get enough! The expertly crafted drinks are an absolute must! Make sure you come back and try as much as you can. You will not be disappointed! Absolutely fantastic!
This might be one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The food was excellent. We had the Alfredo for 2, filet, jalapeno mashed potatoes, corn, fondu cheese bread. The taste of everything was perfect and all paired well together. We were even invited to watch the chef prepare our pasta in a Parmesan cheese bowl. The service was top notch, as the staff never left our table side the entire time. The only item we ordered that wasn’t up to par is the corn (elote). The presentation was aesthetically pleasing, but it was a bit dry and dull in taste. Elizabeth and Ivan were our servers. The views are top notch! If you are visiting Acapulco, I definitely recommend this restaurant.
One of the best experiences I’ve had! All the staff members were more than attentive, friendly and helped with everything during the visit. 5 star experience in every way. Food presentation was great and the ALL the food was out of this world and delicious. Thank you very much!
